Located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, new cedar wooden veranda structure with tongue and groove ceiling and gas fireplace was constructed. Veranda includes cedar posts and stone columns around the perimeter and random rectangular Belgard paver flooring. Custom stone steps off of veranda lead to lower Belgard paver area. A decorative paver border is installed around the perimeter to keep pavers from shifting. Two stacked stone tan lantern columns sit on either of side of the side gate. New pallet of landscaping, drainage and lighting throughout the backyard complete this project.

Located in Decatur, Georgia, the Watson Residence backyard was prepared for the installation of a new screened deck, pool and landscaping. After general backyard grading, a modern rectilinear pool endowed with a lounge shelf and raised spa was installed, surrounded by blue stone coping, glass tile waterline and an aqua white Stonescape shell. Square stepping stones with grass joints were laid to create a path connecting the side entrance of the residence to the deck, the pool, and the screened porch. A modern screened deck was added to the rear of the house, matching the existing house in style and color. Irrigation and a Dekalb County required flow well was installed throughout the backyard. Separate irrigation zones for the sod and planting bed now allow the homeowner to water most efficiently while keeping a healthy landscape. Finally, new wooden deck steps were reconfigured on the existing deck to allow for users to walk directly onto the pool deck.

Located in Sandy Springs, Georgia, the Whitacre yard, centers on functionality and aesthetics. A new curvilinear concrete driveway with motor court was poured with the help of two 5’ modular block walls. A custom 25 foot boulder and rock waterfall was constructed and included six tons of random size natural boulders. Stone treads run along the side of the waterfall, connecting the back yard over a stone bridge. A modern assortment of shrubs and perennials adorn the front and backyard of the residence complimenting the stream line architecture. Lastly, lighting was installed to complete the look at night.

Located in Smyrna, Georgia, the Brown Residence began with demoing existing vegetation in the backyard and grading to prepare for pool installation. The new, modern pool includes a stacked stone raised spa with a crab orchard flagstone spillway and a Belgard paver deck with custom flagstone coping. A 5 foot wide square stacked stone fire pit was installed with a gas burner and filled with dark blue glass. New stone steps were constructed with leftover brick that matched the house. A custom black aluminum balcony was installed to close off a second entrance that was not needed. This change increased the usable pool deck for lounging. Finally 3 foot wide stone treads were installed along the steep side entrance, connecting the front yard to the backyard.
Tiling and hauling off of previous landscaping and preparing and filling new garden beds with fresh annuals, perennials and mulch.

Located in Mableton, Georgia, the Rogers project begins with grading of the existing 3:1 sloped backyard removal to make way for a newly constructed free form pool and pool deck. The pool includes a flagstone beach entry and a raised stacked stone spa with crab orchard flagstone spa spillway. Irregular cut flagstone steps were laid connecting lower patio deck to pool deck, and a new stepping stone path was created from the patio up to the new 3’ wide concrete steps on the left side of the house. Pipes for drainage in the front and backyard were laid and extensions installed to connect to the existing downspouts. A dry stream bed decorated with tan river rock was installed on the left property line to create a run off area for drainage. Various shrubs were installed in the front and back yard to complete this project.
Located in Mableton, Georgia, the Golden Residence wooded backyard was cleared and prepared for the installation of a 120’ x 60’ tennis court and 5’ stone fire pit. Because of the steep grade of the backyard, two 10 foot concrete walls were installed to level out the 40 foot vertical elevation change from the existing pool deck to the bottom of the lower wall.
